Whats the best screen recording software for video tutorials

    Would be great full for any suggestions as to which is the best screen recording software to use to create tutorials. :)

    I don't know which one is the best one, but I use Microsoft's screen recorder utillity.

    Look for Camtasia, you can find a cracked version online until you decide to buy it, I like the output size of the videos the most (around 10MB per 2-3 mins of recording at full hd).

    I used Camtasia, it was good but you also need to have a decent computer from what I remember.

    Im guna give camstudio ago first as it's free, does anyone know if it works on windows 8.

    Camtasia. This is really a no-brainer.
    But it will take some of the CPU power, which may bother you or not.
