Hi Guy's. I know some bigger instagram accounts with 3-4m followers and a good activity. im thinking to pay them for a post or story post. But i don't have any idea what to promote? Any suggests??

I don't think she know properly how to sell something, She apparently hardly promoted content for the shirts anyways

Then think about an idea and dont bag for spoonfeed you...
No one will tell you the 1 million dollar idea.
If it would be that easy, everyone here would ask for an idea, pay some bucks for shoutouts from big accounts and after this chill forever on the BHW island
So use your brain, think about your hobby's etc. and find something you like and could generate income if promoted right.

Point is, it's not easy. You don't just come up with random things to throw at people. That's backwards. Come up with something people want, perfect it, build a business around it, then start promoting it - that's the last step, not the first. The days of shilling junk with shout outs are over.

You need to find out by yourself. for some people method X will work better than Y. etc. The only thing that will get you a clear answer for this question is to test by yourself and find out. what work and what not? or, you can find some guides out there which give a complete set of methods to make money using IG and just pick the one that fits best on you.
Check their posts, what they are promoting and whom they are promoting, you will find some hints whether to go for it or not. Some people promotes their ecom products and some affiliate programs. If the IG account is some niche specific, then check for those niche related products to promote. You will get idea from their posts itself.

Probably to put a fiverr affiliate link in your bio and use instagram to direct traffic elsewhere.
