Well... actually no "normal" seller on Ebay is going to be using Tor as his main browser... This is just common sense.
I'd just stick to Firefox, FoxyProxy and disable webrtc (there's vulnerability that leaks your real IP address).
You may want to download CCleaner as well to clear cookies and locally stored data.

why is Astoria the browser to use for ebay stealth accounts? i right now am using chrome.

If you use proxies, just login with the same VPS or dedicated server, that's the easiest way to manage stealth identities.
Don't ever rely on browser vulnerabilities, it will lead to disarray, especially when assets all add up so be careful and always do your due diligence.
