They have a forever free plan but right now there's a lifetime platinum offer and you get 50% commissions on that. Their suite of tools that they have planned to release soon seems to be very valuable and could potentially replace a lot of tools internet marketers use. So if someone signs up even in the free plan and then later on upgrades to the platinum plan you get paid.

Both are different. Clickbank has various affiliate offers in different categories and clickfunnels is a landing page affiliate program.
