¿What's mean SAME IP? Diferent port?

Google require phone number in almost all countries, but as you wrote maybe exist some countries for users from which - phone number not required.

It's does not work for me. When I try, google do not show me my ip.. (I clean before all with ccleaner)

If you see your IP - proxy not working or you have set it worng. ( for example you have set HTTP but really it is socks5)

If really change my ip , it must be allow me create another google account with every port proxy???

Yes, you should be able to create new account, in case you use proxy, but, you should also understand, that almost all proxy providers provide you proxy from pool of proxies, which they own. And you not only one client.

Means, for example proxy provider - own pool of proxy for 10 000 IP addresses, you have bought plan for 100 ports and can use 100 proxy from pool for your tasks at the same time. But other clients too use this proxies for their tasks, and in case that someone register new accounts in gmail u will be unable do the same, because this IP from pool already sets to accounts which registered.

As I see from your posts, you have issues in your settings and you need to contact support of your proxy provider to get help.

And also, if you need proxy for registering email accounts, you need proxy provider with always refreshable IP's in pool. But, please be informed that almost all mail servers require phone number now - while registration or after few days from registration.

As if computer terms weren't hard enough to understand, there are three different meanings of the word "port."1. An Internet port. This is a number that indicates what kind of protocol a server on the Internet is using. For example, Web servers typically are listed on port 80. Web browsers use this port by default when accessing Web pages, but you can also specify what port you would like to use in the URL like this: http://www.excite.com:80. FTP uses port 21, e-mail uses port 25, and game servers, like a Quake server or Blizzard.net use various other ports. It is good to know what a port is, but you seldom have to specify it manually, so don't worry if this is new to you.2. A hardware port. This refers to any one of the ports that are on the back of a computer where devices can be hooked up (like a keyboard, mouse, printer, digital camera, etc). Some common ports found on today's computers are USB, Firewire, and Ethernet.3. The verb, "port." This refers to the editing of a software program's code so that it can run on another platform. For example, to get Final Fantasy VII to run on a PC, programmers needed to port it to the PC from the Playstation. Popular Windows games are often ported to the Macintosh as well.

Man, I think in this post, Ports, - means ports which proxy provider sell to client. It is in fact same time connections which client can make, another words - qunty of Ip's which client able to use at the same time from pool of provider.

just google "whats my ip"

google will show your ip above the results (but you must clear cookies for it to be accurate)

Hm, just tried it with different browsers and it doesn't work this way.
Google just displays a tone of website which can show me my IP address, but google itself doesn't display it above the results or anywhere else.

Ok, lets think together )

Before all.
The provider said that IP do not rotate. He said that is a private, virgin (never someone use them before) and unique.

In case it is true, you should got another IP on each port. Because usualy providers rotate IP on each port, but sure some providers sets static IP to each port.

7. After I changed the proxy to ''IP.SERVER:ANOTHER PORT'' (this must mean a new USA IP proxy or not?)

You should not thinking about it. Just use any service to check your IP - https://www.whatismyip.com/ for example. Just go to this site and see your address.

9. I REPEATED three o four times the same (CHANGE THE ''IP.PROXY:PORT'') and I keep getting verification.

I have no any idea, why u haven't veritification before (with another IP), because google require phone number to register account. Also, If by some magic u can register account without phone verification, maybe your proxies from one network, means :
your first proxy was 192.168.0.1 and your second proxy is 192.168.0.2 for example, in this case - google can identify your browser client and IP from one network and ask verification.

Finally, talking about your task - in case, you need mass mail register - you should change your:
- OS
- Browser Client
- IP

to be fully anonimyzed. Some soft provide this features, ZennoPoster also. And with ZennoPoster - you can setup automatic registration of hundred and thousand emaiil registration.
For me it is obvious what is happen: Only allowing me create an account with My real location, and not with the proxy.

Stop thinking about it, just check your IP after you have set proxy - https://www.whatismyip.com/

There are many tools that check the end IP. I have a software that does that. Let me know if you need more info.
