What's going on with my WP Site?

Hi guys,

What's going on with my WP site? My dashboard bar at the top doesn't work at all - I try to click it, and since it leads to the wp-admin section, I'm met with "too many redirects to access this page". I try to access the pages, but nothing works.

Can someone help me out on Skype that is experienced with this kind of Wordpress issue? This is urgent because I don't want to waste any traffic.
