What your best method to index your backlinks?

What's your proper method for ping backlinks?

I heard that many guys used to use online excel sheet from google and put backlinks there for crawlers.

My best bet: Build backlinks to those backlinks. Just buy a link pack to your backlinks and they will index in a few weeks.

Other than that, just add them to a link indexer.
 
I prefer to build tier 2 links and have them index naturally. There are tools that can get you index faster but I am too scared to use them.
 
Place your link in Google webmaster tool, use social media websites to bring more traffic or else try with some indexing service.
 
best is to share them on twitter first, it helps in indexing the backlinks a lot faster, you can try other social media channels as well and social bookmarkings
