What your best method to index your backlinks?

There are a few methods that would surely do help with indexing,
For a few couple/dozens of links, social sharing & blog comments in frequently-crawled websites/pages could do the work,
Other than that, you'll gonna need to automate things (warmed up news website, blog comments, etc...) or simply do pay for a service that actually does the job (none of the well known does actually work decently)
Although, it's all up to the kind of links you're trying to index,
LQ & spammy links do usually barely get indexed or/and get deindexed after a couple of weeks

Place the search engines visit often and index regularly. Big authority sites usually.

Omega indexer and Gindex still works for me, I also use a blogspot blog and dump all the links in the post and force index that post.
(Money Site only tier 1)

some of weblogs allow you to insert google search console script then put your link in a post and link to target backlink then fetch the url in GSC

rule number 1: don't create backlinks with shitty content
rule number 2: social shares from aged account
rule number 3: see rule #1
above 3 rules have never failed me.
how is your success rate these days? what if the content is shitty? can you still index it?

The first thing you need to do is wait for the backlinks to get indexed in Google naturally. and Submit Backlinks to Google Webmaster Tool.
You have to Ping the URLs and use Web 2.0.
