What you don't like in WordPress ?

i dont like the new editor, i always add more than 30 image to my article, in classic i can select all of them and boom all the image is inserted to the post, but now,,, add new block - select image block - pick the image - insert, and do this for another 29 image wtf . . . gallery is not helping coz the ads cant show between the image.:weep:

This, this, this! I try to keep a good attitude but adding images is torture sometimes!

Problems with poorly managed plugin. It is not clear how to form a website make it very easy and you have to know

code is so shitte
As a programmer and a PHP lover, I could not agree more. I love modern PHP, and having to read the core source is painful to say the least. It was initially written by an amateur last decade, we get it, it's not a big deal, but since then there has been plenty of time for a refactory but Matt and his team never really seem to show interest or care at all.

On the positive side, it has been putting food on the table for a lot of people and it's free... So you can't really complain much.

Has anyone used Ghost Blogging Platform? I'd be interested to get any opinions of people who have used it for regular blogging.
If you aren't familiar with it, some of the original WordPress devs who felt WordPress had strayed so far from its core mission of being a blogging platform into a more and more complicated one size fits all solutions for everything.
I set up a little test server and the community is obviously not large compared to WP, and the resources like Themes and tools are also much fewer.

Anyone been using it?

When people say WP is slow if you install too many plugins
Damn son, with that many plugins you can turn a Wordpress site into a Rocket launched to Mars. Step aside, Elon Musk.

I hate the fact that it is written in PHP, why? Because I don't like Php as a programmer. So at the end the only reason I use PHP is because of Wordpress

I wonder what you don't like in WordPress?
Because for sure there are such things.

Also you can write what you really like :)

Cheers, Greg.
Wordpress sites suffer when too many plugins installed

I don't like the Gutenberg editor in WordPress.I am always a fan of the classic editor. The second thing is You can't create a fancy(good looking) site with enough page speed. But I love Wordpress for its SEO friendly platform

i dont like the fact that they dont have elementor plugin integrated FULL version and others plugins most of us need and some of us cannot afford it
