There's a domain I'm thinking of buying and I wanted to know what you guys would value it at.

Clean history
5+ years old
1330 backlinks, 450 RD

DR 45, DA 55, TF 19

Backlinks are pretty much standard profile, some really good ones, some average, some low power.

What would you guys pay for this?

depend on a lot of factors actually, for example:
1. Is it a .com domain
2. The domain name itself (how long is it and does it also contain numbers)
3. Spam score
etc

I would spend up to $300 if it's a .com domain. Much less if it's something like .app, .cash, .io etc

500 USD should be easy on GD auctions but it depends a lot on the niche too.

How you guys can value this domain, you forget important factors?

OP what about links type? Plus If the domain is losing any links over time? The domain is in which niche? I mean main head, like weight loss, finance, etc? I would pay more for the domain in the Finance niche as compared to the weight loss niche.

Just my opinion.

Nah, you can't answer that. Too many variables and the niche is the most important factor.

If you guys go to auctions, you will realize, that nobody cares about "factors". Entire bidding process there has no basis in reality and people (and bots) bid like crazy.

By rule of thumb, if the domain is clean and not in any hardcore niche like health, that domain will go for around $1500. The higher the amount of RD of the domain overall, the higher the multiplier you pay for 1 RD.

If it's brandable then possibly even more.

what kind of content it have, and niche. is the name relevant to the niche, general or spesific name? what the site used before
but i will g arroung 400-600 depending on the details, since you said the domain is clean.

Agreed. An expired domain (DR 53, 1600 RD) I was following, went for ~ 9000 USD on DropCatch a few days ago. This was a VERY good domain though.

A popular niche, .com domain name, good backlinks, less spam score and clean history can make it $500-$1000. There are too many variables and the price can vary a lot depending on them.

Recently was trying to win a cannabis domain, .org tld, RD600, somewhat brandable.

The bids were till 16k. So this shit depends on niches too :/

depends on what niche the domain is for and is the domain name long or short? but $300
