If you guys go to auctions, you will realize, that nobody cares about "factors". Entire bidding process there has no basis in reality and people (and bots) bid like crazy.
By rule of thumb, if the domain is clean and not in any hardcore niche like health, that domain will go for around $1500. The higher the amount of RD of the domain overall, the higher the multiplier you pay for 1 RD.
If it's brandable then possibly even more.
