With 10k you can get a site with 800$ to 1000$ per month depending on where you buy it from.

For 1000 dollars you can buy 4 micro authority sites. For additional 500 you will outsource the SEO and you will be making around 3-5K dollar a month

If it was so easy, i would be millionaire by now.

It honestly depends on what you want to do in the internet world,there are so many ways you can invest in the IM world and make money.My advise would be to stick to one niche that will make you happy and become the best at it.If for example you decide to start doing affiliate marketing,become the best at doing it and don't wonder around..Hope this helps

As someone living in Munich, buy a parking space here. There are so few and even if you charge 10$ per hour, it'll always be full and you have that money doubled in a month or two.

Well you do know what you want, investing in website. There are several ways to 'invest' in website:

1. Create your own website, outsourse the content and design. But make sure it's high quality.
2. Buy established website(s), don't buy it from Flippa though, lots of trash there you might bought the wrong website. For $10,000 you can get website with $500-$1000 monthly income, or even more than that, depends on monetizing method
3. Launch a tech startup. $10,000 is enough to build an MVP. If you have good idea for a startup, definitely go for one. If you want to know more about this I suggest you to read a book named Lean Startup.
4. Create a web app. The process would be similar to building startups, but it's not particularly a startup. You said that you've learned quite a bit about IM, there's a lot of IM web app so you might be able to 'copy' or create a similar one and make it better.
Any other vertical other than IM may apply for number 4 as long as you (or your partner) have good knowledge

Number 2 seems easy, but trust me if you 'only' got $10,000 don't spend it all on 1 website. But again, you will only get relatively small amount of monthly income if you bought established website. Therefore, I would prefer create one myself.

With $10k investment, don't build low quality websites. You'll only waste your money by doing that

Actually, I find the question extremely interesting.
I believe many of us could spend 10K on a project if they knew the project would be a success.
The problem is there are too many uncertainties in IM world.
I think we should focus the discussion mainly to sites and secondary to web/mobile apps.
The main problem I face is to find cooperators / outsourcing that offers great value.
Someone would design your site for $1K and another for $400 or you can use a free theme. What's the best option? Who offers you the best value for your money?
Someone can write an article for $5 per 1000 words, someone for $20 for 1000 words and someone for $40 per 1000 words. Are you sure the $40 guy offers two times better quality than the $20 guy?
Buy a site? Sounds good. And sometimes even cheap. That is until you realize there are a couple clone sites just as yours. Or more importantly when you realize that the SEO of the site is more important and more expensive than the site itself and that burden is now up to you.
I have more questions and dilemmas than answers. And somehow I know what I want to do but that would need too much energy, be an administration nightmare and will require a lot of luck finding the right guys to work for you.

What's the point of asking what you will do with 10K. If you have no Idea where to invest better keep that money. Otherwise You will just losing it while trying to double it.
