I've spent the last few years investing in properties and things of that nature, but I keep always finding my way back to this forum. It just seems like investing in websites, blogs, and the internet is the way to go. You have more control, no tenants, and everything is literally at the edge of your fingertips. It's also quite less costly to start up something and see it really flourish. When I first joined this forum 4 or 5 years ago I had no idea what I was doing but I learned a lot. I didn't have the right funds (I was only a teenager) to really get anything off the ground. Now I've been back and just watching and reading - tempted to jump back in the internet world now that I have the funds to invest.
If you had $10,000 to start from the ground up. How would you go about it, knowing what you know now? I guess I'm asking so I can follow the advice, but I figured this would be a good thread for those like me who just lurk...and really do not have the proper knowledge to really chime in.
