Okay, so I just spotted a post about a guy with 1 million genuine likes on his page. Lots of people posted remarks of congratulations, one-upmanship, and scepticism.

But nobody said what they'd do in the same situation.

So - hypothetical scenario time. You have a Facebook page with 1,000,000 genuine likes. Let's say it's about... cheese sandwiches. How are you going to cash in?

Search around for sandwiches, breakfast companies near around, contact them and give them an offer for advertising on the page.

yep, best case is to promote niche related stuff, plus i will try to contact businesses in that niche with an advertising offer on my page

There are plenty of methods.
1. Build a website on your niche, drive traffic, find businesses in this niche, and offer to them advertising spots.
2. Or just find businesses on your niche and offer them status update, status advertising, etc...
and the list goes on and on.

But if it was me, I will do both of them, but in the first one I will use even Ad Sense not only businesses advertising spots.
But the second one should be monitored very carefully, to not bother your fan base with too much status updates and force them to unlike you. :)

I will start a website for putting advertisements about restaurants and good food places. Many people are doing this type of business only. Promoting products using website and FB.

Create a real brand with something worth while vs. these cookie cutter crap pages that you see on FB.
