What would you develop with such a domain?

I already have 2 pages with domains referring to a professional activity, I chose to create a guide to each city in the United States with more than 50 thousand inhabitants placing at least 4 businesses, after two years I have some visits but very little return with AdSense, the new domain has 2 500 000 monthly searches as it refers to a profession, I appreciate your comments if you would develop the same, place 4 businesses per location and have any other idea.
