What Wordpress Plugin For Podcasting?

I'm not looking for a text to speech plugin. But I have several mp3s that I would like to turn into a podcast rss feed. Whats the best podcasting plugin you guys use and recommend? Also if I use a generic wordpress blog to create the feed can I point the feed and links to another non wordpress site?
