Not like I'd be "loaded" rn. but seriously you could get a plateful of solid calories for dirt cheap by buying macaroni pasta, dried soy, lots of spices (for taste naturally) and ketchup.

Drink water, eat, costs like 0.20 - 0.30€/ meal :D

however I'd improve this by adding the classic trinity vegetables cauliflower, carrot and broccoli to the mix with a bit of onions and extra shit like garlic and it still would be fairly fucking cheap to be fair... Given the veggies don't cost a fortune for ya.

to be fair chickpeas and beans are pretty solid nowadays so I could just add them to the mix, just fucking season the hell out of this and add some "fats" in there like mayo and you'll be golden. (or you may throw up but that's on you)

Hey bro,

Yeah, there have been tough times in my life, but I lowkey miss them too.

When I was a student, I used to eat 2 boiled eggs in the morning, bread and humus for lunch, and rice and yoghurt for dinner. Every single day for whole year.

God bless and more power to those people or students who are going through those times.

Raiding fancy neighbourhoods garden is always free as inviting yourself to neighbours that wants a chat when dinner time is up. Food don`t have to cost anything with some social engineering.
If you are good at social engineering you are a winner but not everyone have same skill

Solid budget meal strategy! Seasoning is key, and those added veggies + beans will make it way more balanced. Just gotta watch out with the mayo—too much, and it might get sketchy.

when i was a uni student Aldi opened a store near me it was like the 4th in the country - and they created this cook book for students with everything in store which isle it was on and they updated it every 6 months - you could make like 10 portions of chilly and rice for 50p each. We all cooked one meal a week in rotation using the cook book and saved a fortune.
I still have like 4 of the cookbooks I gave one to my daughter when she broke ass studying at college and she still has it 12 years later and uses it.

coffe, a lot of water and taco bell :D tried to avoid sugar as much as I could because that makes you hungry again really quickly.

Every meal I have is cheap ass so as to speak. Like I can eat properly at a local KFC/ McDonald's/ Dominoes outlet and my bill would hardly ever cross $5. Benefits of living in a developing country I guess. :D
