I personally use Blockchain, LocalBTC and Paxful.
Doesn't require any verifications and reasonable rates

I suggest to use Bitpanda for buying/selling coins to/from fiat. However you should not use your coins in any exchange.
For storage use electrum wallet.

If you are in need of a good bitcoin wallet then you nee to find out on your own. I amnot telling you ths because i am rude but because there are a lot of scammers that are after people like you. You can therefore not trust a word from someone else but rather do your own research and find the best wallet for you.
