What type of ads should I use for Google Ads?

Hi everyone,

I'm promoting products in MMO niche using Youtube in-feed Ads.
However, when I check "Where your ads shown" and it's all unrelated placements.
A lot of views, but just a few click to my website (link in description and pinned comment)
CTR to my video is 1-3%.

What could be wrong? It would be great if you could give me some advices. I'm really appreciate
Or should I give up and try Discovery ads, Search ads (high CPC in my niche)

I tried custom audience, in-market, keywords, topics but they still don't work
