What to use for PDF website?

Hello everyone, I am noob in IM but I've already build a few websites with no help until now so I know a few things here and there.(not many obviously)

I need your advice in building a website to host a lot of PDF's. I wasn't able to find a suitable solution theme wise. Wherever I search the internet for best suitable theme in Wordpress for PDF's I get different plugins.

So some themes suggestions would be nice and other tips are also welcome.

Oh, and one more thing... Is Adobe Muse an option to consider? Or should I stick to Wordpress?

Well yes. Not necessarily like those , but you've got the idea. Maybe more like autorepairmanuals.ws .So basically to host a lot of repair manuals and guides.
