If you are promoting a website on Youtube that sells affiliate products there will sometime be a backlash to your video. My question is, what do you do about the negative comments?

Do you simply disable comments altogether?

Delete out the negative ones?

Just leave them?

just fill 10 times more positive comments.

why?

If someone is searching for a negative review they landing on your video, and if beside 2 negatives reviews you have 100 positives, he or she go trough your links...

Do you have any advice for getting all those positive comments?

Is there an ideal number of dummy accounts to create to ensure you won't get banned?

To have complete control over the comments I do 2 things:

1.) Edit channel -> do not allow channel comments

2.) For every vid -> allow comment with approval only
I let the good ones go through
the so so ones depending on the content
and the bad ones go to the wastebin

I add comments with other accounts. Once in a while I make a negative one myself
and react on that with 3 or 4 other accounts trashing the comment.
Makes it all look real.

Besides getting rid of bad comments it's important to keep an eye on your ratings.

10 Glorious comments (by yourself with other accounts) and a rating of 1 star looks fishy.

I don't create the dummy accounts myself.

I buy them in packs of a 1000.

When they're not working anymore I buy new ones.

Whenever I comment on my own vids I do take accounts from different lists.
Different creation dates, different countries and different IP's looks better
than comments all from people joined on the same day.

The accounts with my vids are handmade.
I want to be absolutely sure no mistakes with IP's or catch-all emails were made when creating them.

Uploading ,entering the data and optimizing is all a waste of time (and money) when the accounts are closed because of sloppiness with the account creation.

Just click with 5 accounts on the spam button on those comments and it will go away.

You know there's something called the "delete" button for comments?

Yea I know, but it was also my understanding the Youtube loves any kind of comments and the more you have the more views you will get. So it is more of a risk reward type thing.
