I can't see the domain name being worth much especially considering there's only 1 D. Donald duck also doesn't seem like such a good niche for a content site - maybe a kids' game site? Otherwise I can't really see the domain name being of much use.
Well you could offer dvd's and other articles that amazon sells create a amazon store so that you don't get in trouble with disney also if you get the affiliate id from egay you can post auctions for disney stuff and get money that way, check to see keyword searches optimize the site so that you can get a good amount of quality traffic and make more money that way, with little to money from out of pocket exep for the cost of the domain and hosting.

You are actually on very shaky grounds in terms of IP issues. This will magnify a thousand times over if you use any Trademarked or Copyrighted images or PICs on your site.
Disney is one of those corporations that adamantly protects its brand. Be prepared to receive a C&D letter if you decide to make this site go live using anything Disney. If you check TESS, for the duck, [spelled correctly, of course] you will find no less than twelve trademark entries.
Your best option is to talk to an IP attorney before sinking time, money and energy into this project.
