What to do with facebook support in this case ?

Hi guys , hope everyone is doing okey :)
Something quite bad happened to my facebook ad account, I had a break during this summer, and when i came back i was surprised that my account was hacked and someone created multiple ad campaigns! Thank god they didn't get approved unless i was gonna pay +1000$, anyways that caused me an account ban, and every time i contact facebook about that , they just dont give a **** , they simply reply with the same msg all over again , what am i suppose to do now please ? thanks in advance

Facebook support is horrible, keep replying back and eventually you will get a real response.

thats what i'm doing now , spaming tickets but they let me hanging dude lmao can't believe such a huge business like this has a support like that !!!

Ikr, it's insane. If you are spending 10k a month with them, they still dont care at all lol
 
I will recommend submitting a support ticket from another Page/Ad Account and explain in detail what was happened. If you don‘t have another Page/Ad Account ask a friend
 
Most likely you will never get the account back, so it's not worth fighting. FB most likely think that you sold access to one of those "rent your FB" people.
 
Something similar happened to me before. Frankly, i think you have no chance of getting it back. But you can try with one more ticket. Try to be detailed as possible.
 
You have no idea how many big blackhat affs say that to support: ''Someone hacked my account and banned my ad account, can you open?''.

If they answer you, ''this is our final decision'', there is literally no way of getting it back. You might want to try again in 1-2 years, but generally, it will never happen. My personal fb ad section banned for 7 years, still getting denied answer.

Just clean your cookie and all data about having facebook, change your local IP and create new account. Farm it for 1-2 weeks and open ad section, it wiill most likely get closed, but just send your ID and they will open it. Make sure you take new picture of your ID, not the one you sent them already. They will not tell that this is same ID(cover up ID number). It is illegal to ask ID number online, even for facebook.
