Last summer someone convinced me that autoblogging really isn’t dead and earning $1 a day with it is still possible. So in june I bought 100 domains (less than $1 on Namecheap) and I created 100 automated videoblogs with the goal of making some easy money. Of course this has been a complete failure. I should have known better! If there still is any money in autoblogging, I surely don’t know how to get to it.

Anyway, this insane project has now left me with 100 domains that I still own until june. Does anyone have any idea or suggestion what to do with them now I have them anyway?

Are the domain names based on valuable keywords?
What TLDs?

I THOUGHT it might work, now I KNOW it doesn't. But you surely won't believe that, won't you? So maybe it does work ... :-)

Yes, they are. Did some basic keyword research for quite low competition kw. They don't have the largest number of searches, but maybe that can bring in some value...

What about my other question?

Sell it as a bulk package on Flippa maybe and try to get some of your money back. Odds are you wont and maybe it's worth just forgetting about them (be sure to turn off auto renew!)

To be honest, the TLD's are crap. Domains are mainly .space, .site and .top.
They were only $0.88 and I didn't want to invest much in the domains.

Selling them in packages of 5 on Flippa has indeed crossed my mind. I think it will be maybe my best bet to get something back.
Thanks for reminding me of the auto-renew, but don't worry it's already turned off :-)

you better off starting something new, learning something new, and sticking to it. Forgot about those 100 domains, the time you'll spend crying about it and trying to resell them are not worse it.

PS: Autoblogging does work & is one of my main source of revenues.

It would be a complete waste of time trying to sell 100 TLDs to get your 70-80$ back. Maybe if there are few valuable you can try selling them, but don't expect much.

You just got a $100.00 education.

Forget the domains and move on to something that is currently effective.

You'll find ideas in this very section here on BHW.

Autobloging is not dead for sure, some experts are still earning some cash with it, of course it turn to be more clever to build it, you can check apexforum (wordai forum), there are some case studies about autoblogging, those people are crazy like that combine with Wordai. But with video blog, ummm, that maybe another thing, I have no idea ( I am not promoting the forum for sure)

Hope some gurus can shed some lights on here, good luck OP.

And a valuable lesson to me it is.
Started something new already last month and was already planning on forgetting the 100, but thought why not just ask if they can't be of any value anymore. Answer from you guys is clearly a big NO. Time to move on.
Thanks to you all for your 2 cents!
