The TITLE of the POST is What to do when your actually a good writer?,
so that is why the question mark is between the "".
I saw the "your" mistake immediately, but also noticed a lack of commas!
I certainly would not want you to write for me, and then need to pay
someone else to go through the whole article you've written to add all
the missing punctuation.
Anyway, as WHIZ said, "Let's face it, we are ALL geniuses here (lol)". -- LOL
Personally, I would put together a marketing course that details all that you've recently been taught through college and sell that. You might be better off putting together a product that you own and can sell multiple times, rather than selling off real estate.
I would have been sold but then you said YOUR instead of YOU'RE. People here wouldn't have acted as Grammar Nazis if you didn't say you were a good writer. I can't offer a good advice, unless I see samples.
Yeah, well keep in mind, you might consider yourself a "notch above", but that's for the market to decide . You seem to lack experience so I don't know where you get your confidence from, but good writers are a dime a dozen.
