What to do when someone copied your blog post ?

Hi, I have published almost 300+ blog posts on my site. Recently I have noticed that someone has copied my 40% blog post and add it to his blog.

I have mailed them to remove the post. but he is not replying to me.

How did I get to know that somebody copied my content?

I have picked a random line from my post and using "your blog post line" and search on google. And I have found that site .


They are copying almost all of my blog posts which are affecting my blog ranking.

How can I remove this URL from google?

3 things u can do:
1. Contact with the webmaster - say that if they don't take down everything then you will take legal steps against them. Don't say what steps u r going to take though.
2. Submit a DMCA removal notice to Google - Google will de-index their pages - if there are too many, Google may even de-indexed their entire site.
3. Submit a DMCA notice to their hosting - they will force them to take down the contents immediately.

This. I used (almost) the same steps when a smartass boy copied my ENTIRE french blog. The second option is what did the trick. Make sure to contact their hosting aswell.
 
A DMCA Notice would help Google deindex the website
Also check if his blog is indexed on Bing also
 
WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click (premium) I use:) works very well to protect my posts:)

Spam your competitor site with GSA backlink blasting using spammy backlinks and get your competitors deindexed. If your competitor has to resort to stealing your content, it is very unlikely he/she has a good reputation with Google to withstand such spam attacks.

Let me know if you need GSA for this purpose. I have the captcha breaker, contact form blasting ( you can use his website url to mass spam contact form, easily agitate the ISP to take down his website as well as his advertiser). It is time for revenge attack.
 
Is he copeing or rewriting your content? If copeing than all steps above should help if he do rewriting i don't think you can do anything with his project
 
It's important to index as you go so Google has you as the original and penalizes him.
