what to do now - panda strikes

hi there guys! I've got a big problem - i took over SEO after a colleague who liked to black spam Google, so of course the panda terminator crushed all his tries and we are falling down. I've been working day and night to fix this - did seo onsite and off site, made 600 high pr links, built linkwheels, pyramids, social bookmarking anything and everything but still no results on front page - even worse - all claimed results before the panda are fading. What to do now? My boss is mad, thinks it's all my fault. Is it?
Can I get some help from the pros?

try to explain your boss what it is, better try to setup a new one and start promoting more legit way

yes, i did that. i started over but boss does what boss does - expects immediate results. Can you please suggest some fast things to do?

What sort of term are we talking here?

I've recovered sites from Penguin and Panda (not 100% success rate, and some sites are only partial return, but most have done pretty well) but it's taking between 3 and 6 months.

Panda is proving easier to fix than Penguin, but to be honest none of it is rocket science - all "do-able" - but patience is the key, and if your boss is breathing down your neck then 6 months can seem a feck of a long time.

yes, indeed! And I've done so far everything possible for the moment, having in mind one of the sites is black listed.

I suggest Google Adword to your boss. It has instant results

Were facing the same hit! Lol but still im patiently waiting for the recovery maybe removing some spammy links might do the trick.

I was desperate so a desperate times required trying everything. But it all got better. First reviews are positive. at least boss won't yell that much
