It's just a small quote from some website, can't find anything else about it but I'm pretty sure it's the same person. It looks like he ruined someone's website and got doxed. I think his real name is Cameron Dawe. twellow.com/dawsey2k9 this also supports that. btw. "Cricketer for West Devon"
