Hi BHW,

What do you do against black friday ?

The company I work for, wont participate in Black Friday or Black week.

What other options do you use to increase sales in that periode ?

Thanks

Sorry didnt see the AI, only saw Digital Marketing and thought that would be a good place **DOOOOH**

It’s moved already by Davids. It’s discount session and people are not ready to buy at old prices.

What industry are you in?

Do you need to drop your margins to gain more business?

@MisterF I'm in Furniture and design - High end.

Bespoke furniture, doesn't really need to be devalued by dropping prices. If you're busy enough, your company don't need to drop margins.
I doubt Ferrari or Bentley bother with Black Friday, as an example.

I mean there's not much you can do if your not going to do a sale or offer a discount.

That's what black friday is.

Roger, but is there a smarter way to let people know we're doing a sale other than Google Ads ?

Do something totally different.

Announce a price increase for BlackFriday weekend = Prices are going up for these 48 hours by 50%, so avoid this and order today!

You can send emails to previous customers if you have a mailing list. Send offers via snail mail. For high end furniture those avenues might actually be ok.

Social media promotion if there is a social media base and following
