Depends on many factors. Proxy quality, acocunt creation, age of account, link attached or not.
Stop tool for a day or two and decrease settings with 50%for a while

I got a bunch to start with when my account was young and I agressively increased limits beyond what Instagram appreciated.
Just stop it two days maybe 3, the block is a bummer but it's not worth losing your account by being a dickhead and wanting to keep pushing.
