They are actually most active on Sunday afternoons just before they have to go to work but then it depends on what your niche is this advice is for the making money niche.

I`ve seen some stats and I think daily after 20:00 ( +2 Bucharest hour); search on member downloads you will find a pdf explaining all of them according to big brands.

How are you able to determine that they are most active on Sundays?
Also 69% of my followers are women and from USA.

I'm just going by my little experience that I have with Pinterest I just noticed more people were active on Sunday afternoons. Just my opinion.

Thanks but what metric do you use to determine user activity. Is there any where I can see time frame when a video is been clicked or impressions?

Time when they are not asleep I guess...nearly all the time........time after work if you require a time period.
