I just upload a three videos to youtube but still no views are coming yet its been more 12 to 18 hours previously it was not like that this new update its just sucks...
what the hell happened with youtube

You should look for trending topics for keyword ideas for your videos and share your videos outside of Youtube to get more people to watch it.Your channel don't have authority in Youtube eyes.

YouTube is all about patience right now. Upload multiple high quality videos, optimize them well and wait.

Yes Youtube is delaying the counting of views on purpose therefore ranking is very slow.
i have a similar problem like OP as well...
I just recently uploaded 3 videos a week ago and put it on reddit, but a day or two later i noticed the views have stopped. I assume youtube is delaying the count but they haven't mentioned anything about it, and i'm not seeing any new views for the past 2 days.... is that normal?

This is normal with both organic and paid views I tested.

Guys I have a youtube channel so i can chime in here and tell you how it works.
In the beginning when you first add videos (for first 1 or 2 months), they will not rank for anything . It seems youtube has a sandbox. I had a youtube account for a long time but never added videos. When i added videos it took 2 months to rank for any keyword, even long tail.
Basically, just keep adding videos slowly in this time, 1 or 2 videos every week. It doesnt matter about SEO, just make a video at least 5 minutes long and upload it regularly.
After 1-2 month you will get channel authority and your videos start to rank. Then you can change all the titles to optimize for long tail keyword. But need to wait 1-2 month for this.
Another alternative i've seen is to buy some HR views (at least 1000) and around 50 likes . this will also give you instant ranking for long tail keyword and even other competitive kw WITHOUT waiting 2 months. i seen my competitors doing this, it does work. but then also theres a risk you could lose your channel (although hasnt happened to my competitor for at least 3 months now since he did)
