LMAO! I am from Philippines and it looks real to me, ABS-CBN is one of the biggest entertainment company here. But don't worry, they won't pursue someone from different country. Just remove that movie, transfer your hosting (find an offshore like in Bulgaria) and registrar.

It is serious but if your country doesnt have extradition agreement with USA you should be safe. Just dont go abroad

in the worse scenario, he's paypal account will be limited,
they do not have much court power outside the US,
in my opinion he should ignore it , but lets see how it goes

It's probably cost effective for them to do this to you because looking at the original application you are one of 43 domains being sued. You can't even hide behind private whois as the judge has approved ANY email to be the connection to the defendant and list the privacy emails for many in the documentation. Looking at all the info it seems you have either ignored or sadly for you missed an opportunity to at least reply previously. This will all go ahead and you will probably be sued for as much money as you dreamt of ever making in your wildest dreams. No idea how that would work out with where you live but it certainly wont just go away.
