They've done this numerous times before and always go for the maximum, i.e. $150,000 per copyright infringement.

If you've used real info then you could be in serious trouble and get fined A LOT of money.
 
This is most likely fake prob from a competitor of yours trying to scare you.
 
This looks real and your registrar is complying with laws by forwarding the website to the notice. You need to contact a lawyer and have them review these documents before you will know how serious it is. If you were smart, you would not say anything else without consulting with a lawyer first.
 
I'm so sorry dude, I really hope it's fake. SO what does the header in the email says? Did you google the email address to know if it's legit?
 
It looks pretty serious. Usually you will get a DCMA takedown notice first though and a warning before something like this.

It's much easier for a company to tell you to take it down like Instagram did with the bots a few months ago than to go straight to court.

It's also pretty hard to sue and get payments from someone in another country though.
 
Well if you are in a country where there is no special arrangement between the US and your country, you're not really at risk.
You should check that first, so you can relax a bit if there is nothing of the sort.
