What spam score does(Moz)??

there is something called spam score in Moz if I will be getting a do-follow link from a spammy site does it affect my site?? (how authority flows is spam score too)

Moz doesn't mean shit. Donno why people still use their useless metrics.

They can build a ton of low-quality links to your site.

The Answer is NO. Google mostly ingore spammy links. But sometimes when websites harm GOOGLE TOS. they will kick you. Also for non-topical and non-natural links schemes.

sometime you could identify if you injected with too many negative links. spam links , you could disawow them in google though.

There are different degrees of confidence. Spam score can be useful for very spammy sites which a huge spam score that may pass disguised to the human eye, or have some sub-pages extremely spammed but not in the cover...
Use this cautiously though. It's not a great metric, but it's helpful to discard some sites if you can establish an adequate relation. I always discard the sites with a huge spam score, as some users like to see the Incoming Links /Outgoing links ratio. Just metrics for the sake of using them.
