What software use to send bulk email proxies?

Hi,

i need to email around 100K people (i have just email addresses). I have SMTP server, but i dont want to abuse it for this purpose. I would like to rotate proxies while sending so not all emails are send from one SMTP or server.

Please how to send bulk mail while using proxies? What software?
