What software/plugin do you use for directories?

So I've started a WordPress directory as many of you have may herd over skype, and well, I'm just wondering what plugins I should use for this.

I've found 4 free plugins from searching in the word press admin panel.
I've also found this one via search on Google. The demos are so amazing!

Hoping to hear some feedback from some users of Directory Press and some ideas on getting a cracked version which I'll start looking for now.
