It depends on what type of platform are you having as you website. If you have wordpress then you will need some software that may not be handy to other platforms.
 
ScrapeBox is widely recommended by users as it enables for many processes to be performed. In addition, many users like ZennoPoster or uBot as it enables them to create their own customised bots.
 
SenukeX, AMR, GSA and Scrapebox is a powerful combi.

Zennoposter is really good but it will take a long time to make the templates to do everything.
SENuke before Zennoposter IMO and use ZP to fill in the gaps

Scrapebox more for finding stuff than posting these days.
 
scrapebox, everything else is not needed with the updates unless you have custom templates
 
Only thing you really need is Windows... and scrapebox.
