link assistant suit it's the best tool i would use....the paid version of course

try search engine journal.. but I never use any software, i prefer only manual submission.

I use scrapebox to scrape link targets and then excel to manage everything, it's not perfect but it does work.

My people use excel ...we are going to design our own process management software to integrate with what we are doing to try and speed things up...
