What exactly are you asking for? and what is the purpose of what you're asking?...I don't think you'll find one single tool that will do everything for you, log it, check it, maintain it etc...excel/notepad are perfectly fine and then put the links through another program to check status etc... With all due respect, stop being lazy and constantly looking for work arounds. Sometimes, you just have to deal with it! and make use of the programs you have, also you'll never completely escape from doing manual things, like clicking a link, copying it, saving a file..this all comes with the territory!
Also, you may never find a program that displays the things you want in terms of layout. So, you take things into your own hands and modify the layout, this is why people here use notepad/excel because they can create the layout to suit their needs, sort of like an IDE for programming, think of it as the same thing. Find an editor, create a side panel, add some plugins to it that will help you, then at that point you have an entire environment that you have CONTROL over, this is fundamental to work efficiency.
You can apply the same concept to everything in life and it'll work perfectly fine! - for i.e You're inside of a house( text editor), the environment outside is hostile(market competition), you need the capacity to move around your house quickly to maintain your survival(identifying and developing strategy), so you create a hole in the wall, to move through rooms quickly( tabbed folders), the rooms are empty, you need to put a gun in each room to guarantee your security(creating content) then you need some more holes in the wall so you can fire your weapons(hosting provider)...it's all the same shit, man.
