What should i tell Paypal?

I got scammed on this forum 2 days ago while buying youtube accounts. I want to do a chargeback on the transaction, but i'm not sure what should i tell paypal because i think buying youtube accounts is against their tos.

can somebody who has been through this give me some advices?

For starters you need to tell them you were supposed to get a physical product or they may deny your claim immediately.

Yeah. Say you ordered a CD and it never arrived. Keep it simple - they have pretty rigid policies so you don't need to go into a huge sob-story. Just don't ever do that if you buy any of my info-products

ok i filed a dispute saying that i did not receive my item, but now me mentioned the accounts in the dispute. will this ruin my story with the cd or paypal will ignore my little "chat" with him when i will escaladate my dispute to a claim?

well is a pity that you are scam. well next time try as much as possible to ask the people in the forum before you enter into any transaction again to avoid losing your money to another fellow on the net.

What meathead has said will work. Do not talk about accounts at all even if other party does. But if he has replied then you are supposed to reply him. So reply that "If you believe you have shipped the video cds then can you please provide the shipping details".

Thanks well before you reply. Also PayPal is not reading your comments right now because it is an automated system. They wont read it unless you escalate it for a claim.

Before escalating to claim, withdraw the money to your bank account to be on safer side.
