What should i give for this domain?

First post here...i'm rather impressed with this forum and hope to get some good info and answers here.....

I have a trouble with making offer on one domain


Now i dont wanna give out domain name of course, but here is info...
1. Its a commercial domain
2. 3 word domain
3. exact domain name phrase search is around 350 000 per year in google, 250 000 from USA
4. 7 and half years old domain
5. no backlinks, no PR


Now these people ask me to make an offer, what would be fair???
it has great potential if you got it on the first page, but then again, they probably dont know how much could i make

It really depends on how much its worth to you. Calculate how long it will take to make your investment back and base your offer off from that.

They are trying to get a feel for how big your pocketbook is. Go onto one of the domaining forums and ask the people there how much its worth. This will give you a reseller value. Then offer the owner that. Domainers are notorious for milking end users for all that they are worth and settling for less for other domainers. PM me if you'd like me to do it for you. I have good rep on various forums.

there are some tools that help you to estimate the price of your domain name and website . You can look it by Google searching. Or you may put it to bid and call the people to bid it themselves so you won't suffer for loss.
