What should I do to continue building my youtube channel.

Hello everyone, due to the epidemic situation, I have been unemployed, and recently I have just started a yt cash cow channel. Because I'm not good at English, I have to outsource it myself for $50/video. Currently I have produced 5 videos to post on the channel, the initial signals for the channel are quite good, a 9 minute video has an average watch time of 6 minutes, the other videos have an average watch time of about 2- 3 minutes, now it's been a week and the channel has more than a thousand views, but here I have run out of capital and budget to continue producing the next videos.
please give me advice how can i continue to develop yt channel, if there is no way maybe i will have to stop.

create videos on your language and start make your own videos, 50$ per video is alot money, your video should be high quality

yes, thank you for replying me.
$50 includes script, recording and clip production.
I know it's high but I can't do any part, I just give them the video theme and they will do the rest by themselves

I think you underestimated how hard it is to break even on YT automation, a week is nowhere near enough to see any significant progress at all for most people.

You can start uploading video in your mother language. It doesn't matter that you're not speaking fluent English. Try to upload in your language. I have just started in my own language and my channel has been grown.

Hey. You should promote the hell out of it. You have outsourced production, so you will have a lot of time for that.
First, launch an IG business account and link to your YT. Every time you publish a video, make a post about it. Promote videos on Pinterest, Tumblr, share your IG pictures on IMGUR (buy a domain name redirected to your YT and add it to your pics. Memes are super popular so I recommend doing them), open TUMBLR, Twitter, join discussions on Reddit, also, remember to comment on other people's YT videos. There is not any secret to getting traffic, just hard work, and the more you have knowledge about what you are doing - the less you need to work.

The most important thing is the quality of your content. Never forget that. One option is also to find a business partner for video production.

Have you ever tried these tricks? We can find these tricks on Google. But we can't follow.
My channel has grown from 0 to 350 subs. If we use these tricks so our Audience Retention will be decreased because nobody wants to watch your video. It's true.

I am not talking about "tricks". I am talking about branding and marketing that brand. I don't use any tricks, I just provide quality content, and seeing my channels growing steadily. If nobody wants to watch your video, it means your video sucks and you must do some changes. Simple

How did you run out of budget? Did you expect to get money from the first couple videos?

yes, just enough 4kh with these 5 videos, I will turn on monetization for the channel right away. As mentioned above, I am unemployed due to the pandemic, so I have no budget to produce videos
