3. target the specific audience with paid ads, bring them to your landing page

The main issue is the way you describe your software's benefits is not enticing enough. Its too generic. The objectives of the bot are not straight to the point. You are mainly describing the features without telling your target audience how that software is gonna help them solve their problems.
Another issue is you seem to be unsure about who your actual target audience is.

You should put more effort into upgrading software and innovating the interface to attract more attention

If anything, you can use them to get software development clients. Clients need a good portfolio to trust you and buy from you, so I think this could be a way to monetize them.
