Share them on social media, and create some backlinks to them. Wait for Google to index them. Check your GSC and see if they are getting any impressions, then optimize them for the KWs you are getting impressions for but no clicks.

Just after posting your first blog post, copy that post url and enter it into google and bing search consoles. It will help in indexing your blog post. Share your blog post on all social media platforms like facebook, twitter and linkedin etc. If you like to spend some money that promote your blog post on facebook. It will increase your blog post reach. Tell your friends to share your blog post too. Also add social media buttons to your blog. It will increase traffic on your blog.

Your first order of business is to get some immediate traffic to the blog post. The most obvious way to do that is by promoting the post to your own email list.

You can publish that video in You Tube / Vimeo and embed it back into the post. This will drive some traffic from You Tube/ Video and will help with on page SEO of your site.
