I'm thinking about making a Automator for Social Media sites, such as Account Creators and stuff, which platform should I make a tool for?

Once you have a method that makes money manually then you can think about automating it, not the other way around. As for account creation, you can research the demand, products from other providers, ask some feedback about price ranges, what people need, and other stuff about a specific type of account, etc, and with all these info you could then study the best ways of creation and proceed if it's worth the time.
 
Find out what people actually want, you can search want to buy section and hire a freelancer section.
