What programs you recommend for email list management?

- I have a large email list. I send affiliate products to them.
- I send mails with SMTP providers (Mandrill, Amazon SES, etc.) + sendblaster

The list management capabilities of Sendblaster and other software I have tried are pretty crappy.

I can collect data from these emails. For example:
- Has the email bought product X
- Has the email clicked link to product X (indicates interest)

I would like to send mails to list that fulfill certain attributes. For example: Export a list of all emails that have bought something in the past 3 months. Or export a list of all emails that have shown interest in any diet product I promote.

So my question is: What programs you recommend for email list management?

Mailchimp free options has 1k limit, just FYI.

I use Mailchimp, but I'm looking for another company. I have no qualms with Mailchimp. In fact, I think they're excellent. But if I can save money and get similar features I will.
