68 is the percentage I get, not sure if it depends on where you are/how much money you make per month.

Actually it is 68% and I have already confirmed it. They have millions of publishers and them taking 32% is actually a bit high as it is.
PS did that guy really just ask for rep to be given to him?

It is, as they claim, 68%. Now this doesn't mean that the CPC in the Google Keyword Tool x 0.68 = the amount per click a publisher get. The CPC in the Keyword Tool is the cost to advertise in the Search Results themselves. The CPC is lower on websites, because the traffic isn't as targeted as it would be in the search results.
