What are you guys using for your PC? I can't stand windows 10

Wow I feel dumb... never heard of Ubuntu. Do PC come with it or do I just have to download it? I'm looking to buy a PC but just can't stand windows 10 that looks like a tablet.
 
If you have to ask what Ubuntu is then I would stay away from it. I would suggest looking into a Mac over a Linux box because OS X is like a finely tuned distro that just works without the hassles.
 
Windows 10, regretting it more and more every day!!!!

Might give Ubuntu another try, just never been able to get used to linux though.

True! I'm looking for windows. Do all new windows come like windows 10?
 
Ubuntu 16.04. I've been using Ubuntu since version 7 or so and have no complaints!
 
I use Manjaro Linux with KDE desktop. Hands down the best flavor of linux I've used, and I've tried nearly all of them.
 
win7, and mac, I plan to get another laptop and install ubuntu, for me this distro. is the best Linux distro ive tried
 
It depends for what programs you use. For me it is pretty fine!
Try to check system requirements of your favorite software.

Do they still sell laptops with windows 7... everything I see is windows 10 and touchscreen
