Posted a reel through Meta Business Suite from PC.

Checked the account from mobile and even there it's not showing any post. But if you notice it says 2 posts. But it won't display any.
Even the "content" tab in Meta Business Suite shows no posts.
The account is not new btw. A couple of weeks old.
What could be the issue?
